Chat AI: asking questions about your references
The Chat AI page lets you ask questions directly about your reference library and get AI-powered answers based on your existing references. It helps you quickly find relevant references, compare use cases, identify examples, and generate content from the references found by the chatbot.

Starting a new conversation
To start using the chatbot:
Go to the Chat AI section.
Click Start New Conversation or New Chat.
Ask a question about your references.

For example, you can ask:
“Do we have healthcare references in Europe?”
“Which references mention reduced sales cycle?”
“Find references about retail customers in France.”
“Do we have strong examples for a sustainability presentation?”
How the chatbot answers
The chatbot searches your reference library and generates an answer based on the most relevant references found.

When relevant references are identified, the response may include:
A short summary.
Key examples.
A comparison between several references.
The answer also indicates how many references were used to generate the response. By default, confidential references are not included in chatbot searches.
Viewing the references used
When the chatbot uses references to answer your question, you can click Show references to review the references behind the answer.

This lets you verify the source data and understand which references were considered relevant.
Generating content from chatbot results
After the chatbot finds relevant references, you can use them directly to generate content.

Depending on your needs, you can click:
Generate slides to create a presentation using the references found.
Generate LinkedIn to create a LinkedIn post based on the same references.
This allows you to move quickly from research to content generation without manually selecting the references again.
Chat history
Your previous conversations are displayed in the Chats history panel.

You can reopen an existing conversation or start a new one at any time. Conversations are private, and your data is not used to train AI models.
Exporting a conversation
You can export a chatbot conversation as a Word document using the Export Word button.

This is useful if you want to share the answer, keep a record of the discussion, or reuse the content in another document.
